The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) is a recognised qualification for the mortgage sales professional. There are three CeMAP papers in all, but for those who have existing qualifications, such as the full Financial Planning Certificate, there is a quicker route to success as you will only need to sit papers 2 and 3.
The three papers are tough, each being 2 hours long and contain multiple choice questions and with individual home study can take many months to complete.
